العربيه Council of Cooperative Health Insurance 1399 :Ref. /الرقم 26/3/2020 :Date/التاريخ Circular Important to all Qualified Companies and accredited Health Care Providers With Reference to the announcement issued by the Council No. 1787/3531 dated 12/05/2019 Regarding the process of re-dispensing Medicines to the insured, especially those suffering from chronic diseases, and in view of the precautionary measures put in place by the government, may God protect it, during the current situation, to prevent the spread of the new Corona virus (COVID-19). The CCHI would like to emphasize the need to adhere to the following: 1) The insured can re-dispense medicines for chronic diseases without visiting the Clinic (unless there is an urgent need to see the specialist doctor) and the insured have the option to re-dispense medicines through the following Process: A- Direct communication with the insurance company in order to extend the validity of re-dispensing of medicines for a period of three months or until the policy expiry date in the event that the insurance policy expires in less than three months. B- Through providing a direct line which is allocated by Accredited Heath Care providers in order to request re-dispensing of the medicine to the insured by the specialist doctor. 2) The Insurance Company is committed to provide accredited pharmacies within its medical network and distributed in a wide geographical areas, to serve all insured individuals in their various locations in order to dispense the medicine. 3) Pharmacies are obligated to verify the identity of the person receiving the medicine. 4) The insurance company, in coordination with the pharmacies contracted with, can deliver medicines to the homes of the insured. 5) Insurance companies and health service providers should use their official communication channels to educate their customers about these procedures, especially those who have chronic diseases with the possibility of re-dispensing and providing home delivery of their medicines. تعميم هام لكافه الشركات المؤهله و مقدمي الخدمه المعتمدي 3531/1787 احاقا بالتعميم الصادر من المجلس برقم 2019/5/12 و تاريخ 2019/5/12 يخصوص اليه اعاده صرف الدواء للمؤمن لهم وبالاخص من يعاني من امراض مزمنه، ونظرا للاجراءات الاحترازيه التي و صعتها الدوله حفظها الله خلال COVID- (الوضع الراهن لمنع انتشار فيروس كورونا الجديد). تود الامانه العامه التاكيد علي ضروره التقيد بالتالي: (1) يتم اعاده صرف الادويه للامراض المزمنه للمؤمن لمهم دون الحاجه لزياره المربي للعياده (الا اذا كانت هناك حاجه ماسه لمعاينه المريض من قبل الطبيب المختص) و ينتاح للمؤمن لمم امكانيه اعاده صرف الدواء من خلال الاليات التاليه: ا - التواصل مباشره مع شركه التامين من اجل تمديد صلاحيه اعاده صرف الدواء لمده ثلايه اشهر او حتي تاريخ انتهاه الوثيقه في حال كانت وثيقه التامين تنتهي قبل ثلايه اشهر. ب - من خلال توفير خط للاتصال المباشر يتم تخصيصه من قبل مقدمي خدمات الرعايه الصحيه المعتمدين من اجل طلب اعاده صرف الدواء للمؤمن لم هم من خلاله عن طريق الطبيب المختص. تلتزم الشركه بتوفير صيدليات معتمده داخل الشبكه الطيبه لديها وموزعه بشكل جغرافيا واسع بما يخدم كافه المؤمن لم هم في مختلف مواقعهم من اجل صرف الدواء. (3) تلتزم الصيدليات بالتحقق من هويه الشخص المستلم للدواء. (4) يمكن لشركه التامين والتنسيق مع الصيدليات المتعاقد معها قيامهم بتوصيل الادويه للمؤمن لهم. (5) يتعين علي شركات التامين ومقدمي الخدمه الصحيه استخدم قنوات التواصل الرسميه لديها لتوعيه عمله م به ده الاجراءات وبالاخرس الذين لديهم امراض مزمنه ابامكانيه اعاده صرف الدواء واستلامه في منازلهم.
