Table of Penalties for Violations in Tourism Accommodation Facility Activities

First: Rules for Penalty Application:
1. Penalties shall be enforced based on the activity category and geographic domain defined herein.
2. Financial penalties shall be imposed based on the financial penalties table corresponding to the violation.
3. The financial penalty amount shall be doubled if the violation is repeated within one year of the initial occurrence.
4. Non-financial penalties shall be imposed according to the penalties table corresponding to the violation.
5. Non-financial penalties shall be doubled if the violation is repeated within one year of the initial occurrence.
6. If the penalty for a specific violation is doubled four times within one year from the date of the initial occurrence, the Violations Investigation Committee shall apply a closure penalty of up to (60) days after committing the violation for the fifth time.
7. If a violation is repeated within one year of the initial occurrence following a warning, the minimum financial penalty shall be imposed - regardless of the category and geographical domain – according to the penalties table corresponding to the violation.
8. When imposing penalties for violations that incur both financial and non-financial penalties, the Violations Investigation Committee shall consider the nature and severity of the violation, assess mitigating and aggravating circumstances, and may impose one or both penalties.
