Subject: The obligation not to Transport animal consignments without registering at the website (anaam) an import permission from the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture including those accompanying with passenger. Reference: 1- Article (23) of the Civil Aviation. 2- Circular No. 4/16287 Dated 05/03/1442 AH. Background: All Airlines operating at airport in KSA Including General Aviation and Air Cargo Handling companies, assure that their passenger customers must register on the Ministry's "anaam" website before importing animal consignments. Instructions: - Airlines operating at airports in KSA, including general aviation and cargo handling companies, must not allow the transport of live animals, including what provided with the passenger, only after registering on the Ministry's "Anaam" website. https://anaam.mewa.gov.sa - Failure to comply with these circulars is an explicit violation of government orders, and legal measures will be taken against the violator and they will be held responsible for it. All airlines operating at airports in KSA, including general aviation and air cargo handling companies, must adhere not to transport live animals including those accompanying with passenger, products or by-products any animal biological tools, preparations or anything else within the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, unless they provide an approved import permit issued previously by the Ministry. 2.
