Circular
To All Health Insurance Companies
With reference to the supervisory role of the Council of Health Insurance (CHI) to follow up on the compliance of the sector and ensure compliance to carry out the tasks and responsibilities entrusted to them according to the Cooperative Health Insurance Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. (M/10) and its Executive Regulations approved by Ministerial Resolution No. (1/35/9/Z) dated 13/4/1435 AH.
Based on regulating health insurance companies advertisements for providing telemedicine services through their applications, Therefore, CHI General Secretariat emphasizes that insurance companies comply with the following:
1. The telemedicine services provider must be accredited by CHI.
2. When advertising the provision of telemedicine services, the advertisement shall indicate that this service provided by provider accredited by CHI and not by the insurance company itself.
It should be noted that CHI General Secretariat continuously monitors and follow on compliance and will take all legal procedures in case of non-compliance.

لكافه شركات التامين الصحي
اشاره الي الدور الاشرافي للمجلس في متابعه اطراف العلاقه
التامينيه والتاكد من الالترام بتنفيذ المهمات والمسؤوليات المناظه
بهم حسب نظام الضمان الصحي التعاوني الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي
رقم (م/١٠) ولايحته التنفيذيه المعتمده بموجب القرار الوزاري رقم
(١/٣/٥/١) وتاريخ ٦/١٣/٥.
وانطلقا من تنظيم اعلانات شركات التامين عن تقدم خدمات الطب
الاتصالي من خلال تطبيقاتها، عليه فان الامانه العامه للمجلس تؤكد
علي شركات التامين الالتزام بالتالي:
1. يجب ان يكون مقدم خدمه الطب الاتصالي معتمد من
المجلس.
٢. عند الاعلان عن تقدم خدمات الابط الصيني، يجب ان
يكون مقدم الخدمه معتمد من المجلس، ويوضح في الاعلان
ان توفير الخدمه يكون من مقدم الخدمه وليس شركه التامين
نفسها.
علما بان الامانه العامه للمجلس تقوم بالرقابه والمناعه المستمره
علي الالتزام بذلك وسوف تقوم باتخاذ كافه الاجراءات النظاميه حيال
عدم الالتزام بذلك.
