<table><tr><td>Circular</td><td>تعتيم</td></tr><tr><td>To:ALL Ports General DirectorsAll Maritime Shipping AgentsCc:CustomsCost Gard</td><td>الل:جميع مديري عموم الموانيجميع الوكاله البحريننسخه الي:الهينه العامه للجماركالدييريه العامه لحرس الحدودالموضوع:</td></tr><tr><td>Subject:Regarding facilitate and expedite the procedures of ships from their arrival until their departure</td><td>تسهيل وتسريع اجراءات السفن منذ وصولها حتي مغادرتها</td></tr><tr><td>Reference to the initiative of facilitating and expediting the procedures of ships from their arrival (berthing) until their departure (unberthing) in collaboration with the relevant official authorities to commence the containers discharge without waiting the presence of the Customs&#x27; representative.</td><td>اشير الي مبادره تسهيل وتسريع اجراءات السفن منذ وصولها حتي مغادرتها بالتعاون والتنسيق المشترك والعمل التكامل في مع الاجهزه الامنيه والحكوميه بالاون لتسهيل وتسريع اجراءات السفن منذ وصولها حتي مغادرتها.</td></tr><tr><td>To activate the initiative, in line with the official authorities requirements, you are kindly obliged to the following:</td><td>وبناء علي ما تم الاتفاظ عليه بين الجهات الحكوميه (الهينه العاميه للموازن، الهينه العاميه للجمارك، لدييريه العامه لحرس الحدود) لتفعيل المبادره، امل منكم الاتزام بالتالي:</td></tr><tr><td>1- The security requirements and instructions of the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS Code)</td><td>التاكيد علي الالتزام بالاشتراات والتعليمات الامنيه للعدويه (ISPS CODE) الدوليه لامن السفن والمرافق المياناني.</td></tr><tr><td>2- Confirm the presence of the on board authorized labours at the berth before ship berthing, and to be in a featured uniform</td><td>التاكيد علي تواجد العمال المختصين والصراحن لمباسعود علي السفينه عند الرصيف قبل مراضه السفينه مع امكانيه تمييزهم</td></tr><tr><td>3- Commence the containers discharge without waiting the presence of the Customs&#x27; representative</td><td>بليس او لون موحد عن بقيه العمال في جمع الملواين</td></tr><tr><td>4- The ship&#x27;s crew should not go out on board of the ship before the completion of the customs clearance</td><td>السام بصعود العمال علي سحلخ السفينه دون انتظار مندوب الجمارك وذلك ل Podcast الحاويات حتي تتم بده عمليات التفريع</td></tr><tr><td>5- The employees of the companies operating the berth in the ports (The labour of the operators) should not get into the accommodation or any other location except on board the ship while they are climbing to remove the latching from the containers.</td><td>عدم خروج اطقم السفينه علي ظهرها قبل الانتها من الفسح الجمركي.</td></tr><tr><td>For your concern and to act accordingly</td><td>عدم دخول موظفي الشركات المشقه (العمال الي غرفه العيشه او اي مواقع اخري سوي ظهر السفينه اثناء سعودهم لفت الاربعه عن الحاويات</td></tr></table>
