(الماده ٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدني. ٢. تعميم الهينه رقم (٨٣٧٣٠/٥) وتاريخ (٨٣٧٣٠/٥) Instructions: التعليمات: - Children under the age of 12, accompanying Tourist Visa holders, are allowed to enter the Kingdom without quarantine requirements if such quarantine requirements are not applied to the person(s) with whom the children are accompanying. However, all travelers must adhere to the precautionary and preventive measures, as well as the approved Covi-19 protocols prevailing in the Kingdom. • الساح بدخول مرافقي حاملي التاشيرات السياحيه من هم دون ١٢ عاما والا ينطبق عليهم الحجر الصحي الا في حال تطبيقه علي ذويهم، مع التاكيد علي ضروره الالتزام بجميع الاجراءات الاحترازيه والتدابير الوقاييه والبروتوكوالت المعتمده في المملكه. - Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government orders. Legal procedures will be initiated against violators who will be held responsible. • ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهينه يعد مخالفه صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه وسمتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف و周三 محميله المسؤوله المترتبه علي ذلك.
