To: All operators and service providers certified by the General Authority of Civil Aviation who engage in any environmental activities or have an environmental impact.
Subject: Regarding Importance & Commitment with the provisions of the Environmental Law.
الي: جميع المشغلين ومقدمي الخدمات المرخصين من قبل الهينه
العامه للطيران المدني الذين يمارسون ايا من الانشطه البيييه او
التي لها اثر بييي.
الموضوع: بشان التقديد باهميه الالتزام باحكام نظام البييه.
Brief:
With reference to the letter of the National Center for Environmental Compliance No. (187196/20654/444) and the date of 07/21/1444 AH, referring to Paragraph (4) of Item (Third) of Council of Ministers Decision No. (729) dated 11/16/1441 AH, which provided for the following:
اشاره الي برقيه المركز الوطني للرقابه علي الالتزام البييي رقم
و تاريخ 1444/07/21 ه، والتاريخ 1444/20.654/187196
فيها الي الفقره (4) من البند (الثالث) من قرار مجلس الوزراء
رقم (729) ب تاريخ 1441/11/16 ه، والتي نصت علي القيام
بالاتي:
A- Cooperate with the Ministry of Environment Water and Agriculture and the National Centers for the Environment Sector to achieve the desired goals of the environmental law.
B- Take the necessary measures to include the environmental law and associated regulations when developing strategies, programs, projects, plans, assessments and reporting etc.
C- Inform the National Center for Environmental Compliance immediately after the occurrence of any environmental accident/incident, in order to take the necessary action.

لقطاع البييه لتحقيق الاهداف المنشوده من نظام البييه.
ب- اتخاذ ما يلزم لënضين استراتيجيه وزاره البييه والياء والزراعه ومراجعها وخططها التنمويه للاعتبارات البيييه (التي يجب اخذهها في الحسابان عند اعداد اي مشروع من انظمه وقرارات واستراتيجيات وبرامج بيييه، بما في ذلك اعداد التقويم البييي الاستراتيجي).
ج - ابلاغ المركز الوطني للرقابه علي الالتزام البييي فور
وقوع اي حادث بييي وذلك لاتخاذ ما يلزم.

D- Coordinate with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture when preparing environmental indicators or reports for the purpose of alignment between government agencies in the tasks entrusted to them.
د- التنسيق مع وزاره البييه والزياده قبل نشر اي مؤشر
او تقرير يتعلق بجوده البييه لغرض التكامل بين الجهات
الحكوميه في المهمات الموكوله اليها.
E- Everyone who engages in any environmental activity that have an environmental impact must comply with environmental permits in coordination with the Ministry of Environment Water and Agriculture and the National Centers for the environment sector, according to its competence.
ه - علي كل من يمارس اي ما من الانشطه البيييه او التي لها
اثر بيني، اخذ التصاريح البيييه وذلك بالتنسيق مع
المراكز الوطنيه لقطع البييه كل بحسب اختصاصه.
