The Council of
Ministers, 
In its session held under the chairmanship of the Custodian of
the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; upon perusal of
Casefile No. 54872, dated 27/7/1445H, received from the Royal Court, which
includes Telegram No. 32160, dated 29/2/1445H, of His Excellency the Minister
of Human Resources and Social Development, Chairman of the Labor Market Policies
Committee, regarding the extension of the exemption of small enterprises with a
total of nine workers or less, including the owner, from paying the financial
consideration upon the issuance or renewal of the work permit for an additional
period of 3 years; 
Upon perusal of Council of Ministers Resolutions No. 515, dated
14/8/1441H, and No. 466, dated 2/7/1444H; 
Upon perusal of Memorandum No. 1806, dated 21/5/1445H, prepared
by the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers; 
Upon perusal of Minutes No. 1078/45/M, dated 5/6/1445H, prepared
in the Council of Economic and Development Affairs; and 
Upon perusal of Recommendation No. 8499, dated 9/8/1445H, of the
General Committee of the Council of Ministers; 
Resolves as follows: 
Extension of Clauses (Second) and (Third) of Council of
Ministers Resolution No. 515, dated 14/8/1441H, for a period of three years
from the date of expiration of the period referred to in Council of Ministers
Resolution No. 466, dated 2/7/1444H.
