Subject: The updated form of the Certificate of Compliance with the Passenger Security System. Reference: 1. Article no. (23) of the civil Aviation Act. 2. GACA Circular No. (700/1440/4) dated on 13/12/2018. 3. GACA Circular No. (278/4) dated on 17/10/2018. Instructions: 1. Airlines must approve the updated form of the Certificate of Compliance with the Passenger Security System. GACA will not issue/-re-issue operation license/permit or issue permit for the summer and winter schedules and the Hajj and Umrah schedules, unless provided with the proof of compliance with the system, according to the updated form attached for this purpose. 2. The form must be filled out electronically which will be available on the following link: https://www.gaca.gov.sa/scs/Satellite?blobcol=urldata&blobheader=application%2Fpdf&blobheadername1=Content-Disposition&blobheadervalue1=inline&blobkey=id&blobtable=MungoBlobs&blobwhere=1442855347024&ssbinary=true 3. The use of this form will be effective starting on 12/10/2021. 4. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of government orders, and legal procedures will be applied on the violator and will be held responsible. Attachment(s): 1. This permit has been issued based on the information provided by the air carrier and approved by the National Travellers Security Center, as shown above, without any responsibility on the behalf of the General Authority of Civil Aviation. ملاحظات Notes - يتم استيفاء المعلومات والبيت في اصدار شهاده الالتزام بمتطلبات نظام امن المسافرين خلال خمسه (5) ايام عمل كحد افقي من تاريخ الطلب (في حال لا توجد ملاحظات علي الشريكه). - يكون الطلب جاهز للبيت فيه بعد تقدم جميع المتطلبات بالشكل الصحيح ويحق للمركز الوطي للمناسفرين التنسيق مع الهينه العامه للطيران المدني لايقاف صلاحيه هذه الشهاده في حال عدم استيفاء التعهدات الموقعه من الناقل. - مده صلاحيه النموذج للطلبات الموسميه (6) اشهر من تاريخه. - مده صلاحيه النموذج لطلبات الحج والعمره والعارض (3) اشهر من تاريخه. - Collection of information and issuance of a Compliance Certificate with the requirements of the passenger security system will take a maximum of (5) working days from the date on which the request was made. - The request will be ready for decision only after providing all the requirements in the correct form. The National Travellers Security Center has the right to coordinate with the General Authority of Civil Aviation to suspend the validity of this certificate in the event that the commitments signed by the carrier are not fulfilled. - The validity period for seasonal requests is (6) months from approval date. - The validity period for (Hajj, Umrah and charter) requests is (3) months from approval date.
