Subject: Ensuring that passengers arriving in the Kingdom have received the yellow fever vaccine. Reference: 1. Article No. (23) of Civil Aviation Law. Instructions: 1. All airlines must ensure that passengers arriving in the Kingdom from countries with a risk of yellow fever transmission have been vaccinated against yellow fever and have obtained a vaccination certificate at least (10) days prior to their arrival in the Kingdom from the following countries: Africa: Angola, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Sudan, Togo, Uganda. South America: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Venezuela. 2. Exempted from this requirement are children under the age of (9) months, passengers passing through the countries listed above provided that transit time did not exceed (12) hours, and they did not leave the transit area, and transit passengers passing through the Kingdom from the countries listed above, provided they do not leave the transit area within (12) hours. 3. Airlines shall take necessary precautions at the point of embarkation to ensure that persons are in possession of the documents prescribed by the States of transit and destination. 4. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of the government's orders. Violators shall be held responsible, and legal procedures shall be initiated against them. Attachment(s): Nil. 1. يجب علي جميع شركات الطيران التاكد من ان الركاب القادمين الي المملكه من الدول التي يوجد فيها خطر انتقال الحي الصفراء قد تم تطعيمهم ضد حي الصفراء وانهم حصلوا علي شهاده تطعيم قبل وصولهم الي المملكه بما لا يقل عن (١٠) ايام، وذلك من الدول التاليه: افريقيا: انفولا، بنين، بوركينا فاسو، بوروندي، الكاميرون، جمهوريه افريقيا الوسطي، تشاد، الكونغو، كوت ديفوار، جمهوريه الكونغو الديمقراطيه، غينيا الاستوانيه، اتيوبيا، الغابون، غامبيا، غنيا، غينيا، يساو، كينيا، ليبيريا، مالي، موريتانيا، لنيرجيا، السنغال، سيراليون، جنوب السودان، السودان، توغو، اوغندا. امريكا الجنوبيه: الارجنتين، بوليفيا، البرازيل، كولومبيا، الاكوادور، غويتا الفرنسيه، غويتا، بنما، باراغواي، بيرو، سورينام، فنزويلا. ٢. يستثني من ذلك الاطفال الذين تقل اعمارهم عن (٩) اشهر، والركاب العابرون عبر الدول المشار لها اعلاه بشرط عدم تجاوز مده العبور (12) ساعه وعدم مغادره منطقه الترانزيت، والركاب العابرون عبر المملكه القادمين من الدول المشار لها اعلاه بشرط عدم مغادرتهم منطقه الترانزيت خلال (12) ساعه. 3. يجب علي شركات الطيران اتخاذ الاحتياطات الضروريه عند نقطه الصعود الي الطايره، للتاكد من حمل الاشخاص للوثايق تحددها ذول العبور ودول المقصد. 4. ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهييه يعد مخالفه صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه، ويرتب اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف وتحميله المسؤوليه المترتبه علي ذلك. المرفقات : لا يوجد رييس الهييه العامه للطيران المدني President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation عبدالعزيز بن عبدالله العسل Abdulaziz A.
