Subject: Matching passengers' photos and data on their visas with their travel documents. Reference: 1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law. Background: According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding irregular practices and misuse of the (Saudi Visa Bio) App when registering the vital characteristics for the Hajj and Umrah visa in the countries in which it is applied. Instructions: 1. All airlines must comply with verifying the Passenger photo taken when registering his/her vital characteristics through the application (Saudi Visa Bio). Also, airlines must match the passengers' data on their visas with the data on their travel documents. 2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of the Government's orders. Legal procedures shall be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible.
