مجلس الضمان الصحي مقيد / Council of Health Insurance - Confidential مجلس الصمان المحيي Council of Health Insurance ر قم العسام 14/1/1445 : الموافق 2023/08/01 المرققات : لا يوجد مجلس الضمان المحيي Council of Health Insurance Circular For all qualified health insurance companies and accredited providers of healthcare services In reference to the executive regulations approved by Ministerial Resolution No. (9/35/1/Z) dated 4/13/1435 AH and the basic benefit package approved by the Council, provided that there is no beneficiary who enjoys two different insurance coverage during the same period except through complementary or supplementary coverages. as described clause No. (9) in the essential benefit package. Accordingly, the Council stresses that the principle of compulsory insurance for the employer for each employee is mandated, and that the dependency of children in the husband's health insurance. Note that the Council has updated the HIDP platform to reject any double insurance coverage during the same period upon upload. The implementation of this circular shall be effective from 01-08-2023 for all new and renewed insurance policies from the date shown above. For inquiries, please contact us at: info@chi.gov.sa تعميم لكافه شركات التامين الصحي المؤهله ومقدمي الخدمه المعتمدين اشاره الي اللايحه التنفيذيه والمعتمده بموجب القرار الوزاري رقم (1/35/9) و تاريخ 1/35/9) 1 ه ووثيقه ضمان الاساسيه المعتمده من المجنس، والتي نصت علي "الا يكون هناك مستفيد يتمتع بتغطيتين تامينيتين مختلفتين خلال الفتره ذاتها الا من خلال تغطيات اضافيه او تكمیلیه" كما هي موضحه في الشرط رقم (9) بوqingه ضمان الاساسيه. وعليه يؤكد المجلس علي ان الاصل في التامين الالزامي لصاحب العمل لكل موظف اساسي، وان تبعيه الابناء في التامين الصحي للزوج. علما ان المجلس قد قام بتحديث منصه رفع الوثايق المطوره لفرض اي تغطيه تامينيه مزدوجه خلال ذات الفتره عند الفرع. ويكون العمل بهذا التعميم بدء من تاريخ (1445-01-14) ملكافه واثايق التامين الجديده او المجدده من التيارخ الموضح اعلاه. يبلغ هذا التعميم لم يلزم للعمل والاحاطه بموجه. وفي حال وجود استفسارات تامل التواصل info@chi.gov.sa: عبر البريد الالكتروني المملكه العربيه السعوديه، الرياض Saudi Arabia, Riyadh 11614 94764 P.O.Box 94764 920001177 www.cchi.gov.sa
