Reference to the Insurance Authority roles in supervising and controlling insurance activities based on Council of Ministers Resolution No. (85) dated 28\01\1445H, and the Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M\32) dated 02/06/1424H, and reference to Article (56) of The Actuarial Work Rules for Insurance issued by the decision No. (441/186) dated 06/07/1441H, and Refereeing to the Circular No. (202) dated 02/12/2020AD in regard to the Actuarial Report on Solvency and Capital.
We inform you that all two Appendixes (1), and (2) attached to Circular No. (202) dated 02/12/2020AD have been updated in accordance with IFRS-17 standard. Accordingly, the Company and the Appointed Actuary shall comply with the updated appendixes attached herein.
