السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته،

اشاره الي الصلاحيات الممنوحه لهييه التامين
وفقا لقرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (85) وتاريخ
1445/01/28ه، واشاره الي متطلبات التعرف
علي هويه المستفيد الحقيقي الوارده في
نظام مكافحه غسل الاموال الصادر بالمرسوم
الملكي رقم (م/20) وتاريخ 1439/02/05ه.
ولايحته التنفيذيه، ونظام مكافحه جرايم الارهاب
وتمويله الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي (م/21) بتاريخ
1439/2/12ه ولايحته التنفيذيه.

نفيدكم باعتماد صاحب الصلاحيه للدليل
الارشادي للمستفيد الحقيقي.

عليه يتعين علي شركات التامين الالتزام بالدليل
خلال (30) يوما من تاريخه.

للاطلاع والعمل بموجبه.

Greetings,

In reference to the powers vested in the
Insurance Authority based on the Council of
Ministers Decision No. (85) dated 28\01\1445AH,
and with reference to the Beneficial Owner
identification requirements stipulated in the
Anti-Money Laundering Law issued by Royal
Decree No. (M/20) dated 05/02/1439H and
its Implementing Regulation, and the Law of
Combating Crimes of Terrorism and its
Financing issued by Royal Decree No. (M/21)
dated 12/02/1439H and its Implementing Regulation.

We would like to inform you of the approval
of the Beneficial Owner Guideline.

Therefore, Insurance Companies shall comply
with the attached Beneficial Owner Guideline,
and its implementation must take place within
(30) days from its date.

To be informed and comply with.
