Subject: Exemption of Albanian nationals holding diplomatic and service passports from short-term residence visa requirement. Reference: 1. Article no. (23) of the Civil Aviation Act. Instructions: 1. All airlines must allow Albanian nationals holding diplomatic and service passports to travel to the Kingdom without the requirement for submitting a short-stay visa. 2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government orders, and legal procedures will be initiated against violators, who will be held responsible. الي: جميع شركات الطيران بمطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه بما يشمل الطيران الخاص. الموضوع: اعفاء رعايا حكومه جمهوريه البانيا حاملي الجوازات الدبلوماسيه والخدمه من تاشيره الدخول للاقامه القصيره في المملكه. المرجع: ١. الماده رقم (٢٢) من نظام الطيران المدني. التعليمات: يجب علي جميع شركات الطيران السماح بنقل المسافرين دعيا حكومه جمهوريه البانيا حاملي الجوازات الدبلوماسيه والخدمه الي المملكه وعدم مطالباتهم بتاشيره الاقامه القصيره. ٢. ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهييه بعد مخالفه صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه وسيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف وتحميله المسؤوله المترتبه علي ذلك.
