Greetings,
With reference to the powers bestowed to the Insurance Authority based on the Council of Ministers Decision No. (85) dated 28/01/1445AH, provisions of the Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M\32) dated 02/06/1424AH and its amendments, Cooperative Health Insurance Law Issued by Royal Decree No. (M/10) dated 12/08/1999AD, and reference to the agreement between the Insurance Authority and the Council of Health Insurance to regulate the mechanism for transferring all competencies, responsibilities, employees, properties and initiatives related to insurance 1445 AH-2024 AD.
We would like to inform you on the following decision:
- Cancellation of the insurance coverage limit stipulated in the table of the basic health insurance policy, stating: "Small and medium enterprises are subsidized, for claims in excess of 500,000 from the Dhaman Fund program"
- The insurance coverage limit lasts 1,000,000 (one million) Saudi Riyals for all categories.
Accordingly, companies are obliged to notify Small and Medium Enterprises health insurance policyholders of this amendment, and comply with this requirement as of the date of this circular on new and existing policies.

الصحي الاساسيه "يتم دعم المنشات
الصغيره والمتوسطه، عن ما يتجاوز 500

يستمر حد التعطيه التامينيه مليون ريال
سعودي لكافيه الفيات.
كما يتعين علي الشركات اخطار حاملي
وثيقه التامين الصحي من فيه المنشات
الصغيره والمتوسطه بها التدريس
والالتزام بما ورد بها التعميم اعتبارا من
تاريخه علي الوثايق الساريه والجديده.
