Subject: Scheduled dates for transferring Umrah passengers to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for each Hijri year. Reference: 1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law. 2. Gaca Circular No. (5/29406) dated 12/12/1445h corresponding 18/06/2024. Instructions: All airlines transferring passengers of Umrah visa holders to the Kingdom on scheduled or charter flights must comply with the following: 1. The entry of Umrah visa holders begins on the 14th of Dhu al-Hijjah each Hijri year. 2. The last date for Umrah visa holders to enter the Kingdom is the 15th of Shawwal each Hijri year. 3. The last date for Umrah visa holders to leave the Kingdome is the 1st of Dhu al-Qi'dah each Hijri year. 4. All airlines operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia including Private Aviation, shall comply with the circulars, orders, and instructions issued by GACA.
