To: All Airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including private aviation.

Subject:
Lifting the suspension of a direct arrival to The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for passengers coming from the Republic of Lebanon.
الموضوع:
رفع تطبيق القدوم المباشر الي المملكه العربيه السعوديه
للمسافرين القادمين من جمهوريه لبنان.

1. الماده (٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدين
تعميم الهييه العامه للطيران المدين رقم (٤/٤٢٥٩٥) واتريخ
٢٠١٤٢/٠٦١٥.

التعليمات:
1. All Airlines are allowed to transport passengers coming to the Kingdom from the Republic of Lebanon, without the need to spend (14) days outside the Republic of Lebanon, to facilitate the arrival of pilgrims and Umrah visitors.
يسمح لجميع الناقلات بنقل المسافرين القادمين الي المملكه
من الجمهوريه اللبنانيه، دون الحاجه الي قضاء مده (١٤) يوم
خارج الجمهوريه اللبنانيه، وذلك لتسهيل قدوم الحجاج
والمعتمرين.
2. Failure to comply with circular issued by GACA is an explicit valuation of government orders and legal procedures will be applied and will be held responsible.
ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهييه بعد مخافه
صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه وسیتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه
