IA هييه التامين Insurance Authority تعليم 202503/305/الرقم: ت.ع.م 2025/3/11: التاريخ Dear CEO, Dear CCO, Greetings, Reference to responsibilities of Insurance Authority (IA) issued by the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (85) dated 28/1/1445 AH, particularly paragraph (5) of article (4) which states: "The Authority is the entity in charge of regulating, supervising, monitoring, and developing insurance activities on the Kingdom. It shall, in addition to its functions as prescribed by law and without prejudice to the functions and responsibilities of other agencies, undertake what it deems necessary to achieve its objectives, including the following: 5-Developing procedures for collecting maintaining, and using insurance data as well as setting a mechanism for benefitting therefrom, in accordance with legal procedures", and following up to Circular No.297/202412 dated 24/12/2024 AD, which prohibiting connections with any electronic platform without prior obtainment of "no-objection" from the Authority. We would like to inform you on the launch of the (Insurance Data Hub). All licensed companies must upload insurance policy data to the (Hub), commencing from the date of this circular. Kind regards, Laws, Regulations, and Policies Department سلام الله سلامه الله سعاده/الرييس التنفيذي سعاده/مسؤوال الالترام السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته، اشاره الي اختصاصات هينه التامين الوارده في تنظيمها الصادر بموجب ق-رار مجلس ال-وراء (85) وتارب 12/28 ومنها ما تضمنته الفقره (5) من الماده الرابعه ونهها "الهينه هي الجهه المعنيه بتنظيم اعمال التامين في المملكه والاشراف والرقابه عليه وطويرها، ولها -بالاضافه الي اختصاصاتها المقرره نظاما ودون اخلال باختصاصات ومس-فوليات الجهات الخ-رب- القيام بكل ما يلزم لتحقيق اهدافها، ومن ذلك ما ياتي: 5- وضع اجراءات جمع البيانات التامينه، وحفظها، واستخدامها، واليه الاستفاده منها، وفقا لاجراءات النظاميه، واشراه الي التعليم رقم ت.ع.م 202412/297/ 202412/24 2024/12/24 او مشاركه اي بيانات تامينيه مع اي طرف دون الحصول علي عدم موانعه الهييه. نيدكم باطلاق الهييه لمشروع بييه بيانات التامين (Insurance Data Hub) عليه. يتعين علي كافه الشركات المزخصه الالتزام برفع بيانات واتاق التامين علي (البييه) اعتبارا من تاريخ التعميم. وفي حال وجود اي استفسارات او ملاحظات بشان المشروع، يرجي التواصل عبر البريد (DMO@ia.gov.sa) للمطلاع والعلوم بموجيه. مع وافر التحيه. اداره التظمه واللوايح والسياس Distribution to: • All licensed companies. نطاق التوزيع: . كافه الشركات المرحصه.
