Subject: Updating the Premium Resident ID design in both printed and digital form and continuing to accept the current Premium Resident ID. Reference: 1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law. 2. The Royal decree No. (M/84) Dated 24/12/2023. 3. GACA Circular No. (7725/5) Dated 10/10/2023. Background: According to the amendment received from the Premium Residency Center about updating the design of the Premium Resident ID in both printed and digital form, the social media accounts, and the unified number for the Premium Residency Center (attached). Instructions: 1. All airlines must accept the updated design of the Premium Resident ID in both printed and digital form for passengers of this category, and continue to accept the current Premium Resident ID. 2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of the Government's orders. Violators shall be held responsible and legal procedures shall be initiated against them.
