الهييه العامه للطيران المدني General Authority of Civil Aviation (157) قطاع السياسات الاقتصاديه والنقل الجحوي تعميم GACA Circular To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including general aviation & handling services companies in airports. Subject: An obligation to use Baggage Security Declaration Form. Reference: 1. Paragraph (3-12-3) of the National Program for Civil Aviation Security in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 2. Article 23 of the Civil Aviation Law issued by Royal Decree No. M / 44 dated 18/7/1426 AH. Background: According to what observed by the aviation security inspectors, there is no acknowledgment of transporting the baggage from the weighted baggage collection area to aircraft's warehouse that must be signed by the authority responsible for that baggage. Instructions: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including general aviation & handling services companies in airports, must comply with the use of the Baggage Security Declaration Form.
