Subject: To view the new passenger rights protection regulations Reference: 1. Article 23 of the Civil Aviation Law. Instructions: All air carriers operating in the Kingdom and their agents must review the new passenger rights protection regulations via its official website, in preparation for it to be applied as of 06/05/1445 - 20/11/2023.
