To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including private aviation.
Subject: Updating GACA's Bank Account.
Reference:
• Article (23) of the Civil Aviation Law.
الموضوع: تحديث الحساب البنكي للهينه العامه للطيران
المدني.
المرجع:
الماده (٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدني.
Instructions:
- All airlines must comply with updating GACA's bank account (attached) as of the date of this circular.
• GACA's previous bank accounts will be closed Effective from July 5\( ^{th} \), 2023.
- Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is a violation of Government orders, and legal procedures will be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible.

التعليمات:
- يجب علي شركات الطيران الالتزام بتحديث بيانات
الهينه البنكيه (وفق المرفق) اعتبارا من تاريخ هذا
التعميم.
• الحسابات البنكيه السابقه للهينه سيتم اغلاقها اعتبارا
من ٥ يوليو ٢٠٢٣.
• ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهينه يعد
مخالفه صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه وستتم اتخاذ
الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف وتحميله
المسؤوليه المترتبه علي ذلك.
