Greetings,
Based on the powers vested in the Insurance Authority as per the Council of Ministers Decision No. (85) dated 28\01\1445AH, the Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M\32) dated 02/06/1424AH, with reference to Circular No. (285/202404) dated 28/04/2024AD, instructions on the settlement of insurance claims for domestic workers' contract, and in line with the efforts to develop services provided to the beneficiaries of insurance coverage for domestic workers contract.
Therefore, the companies covered under this scope and within the standards of due diligence, must verify through reliable sources and platforms to obtain the required information to settle domestic worker contract insurance policy claims, including the worker's exit and entry information to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia borders. In addition, companies must adhere to the relevant laws, regulations, and instructions when requesting additional information to settle claims under the policy, including those stated in paragraphs (F) and (K) of article fifty-two of Insurance Market Code of Conduct Regulation.
We also inform you that the table attached to the instruction for the settlement of insurance claims on domestic workers' contract has been updated as shown in the below attached table, and the "Domestic worker refusal to work" form document has been added, as one of the required documents in case that the domestic worker refuses to work.
This circular applies to the new or renewed insurance policies issued as of 31/07/2025AD.

عليه، يتعين علي الشركات المشوله في
نطاق التوزيع وضمن معايير العنايه
الواجبه، التحقي من خلال الوسايل
والمنصات الموثوقه للحصول علي
المعلومات المطلوبه لتسويه مطالبات
وثيقه تامين عقد العماله المنزليه بما
في ذلك معلومات خروج العامل ودخوله
لحدود المملكه العربيه السعوديه. كما
يتعين علي الشركات عند طلب معلومات
اضافه لسويه مطالبات الوثيقه الالتزام
بالانظمه والوالواح والتعليمات ذات العاقه،
ومن ذلك ما ورد في الفقرتين (و) و (ك)
من الماده الثانيه والخاص و الحمسون من اللايحه
التنظيميه لسوكيات سوق التامين.
ونفيدكم بانه تم تحديث الجدول المرفق
بتعليمات تسويه المطالبات التامينيه علي
عقد العماله المنزليه علي النحو الموضع
فيه، واضافه مستند "موذج رفض العامل
المنزلي للعمل", كاحد المستندات المطلوبه
في حال امتناع عامل الخدمه المنزليه عن
العمل.
يسر ي هذا التعميم علي واثايق التامين
الجديه او المجده من تاريخ 31/2025/07.
