GACA Circular
To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including private aviation.
Subject:
Matching the data of the visit visa document of passengers coming to the Kingdom for tourism with the residence document.
Reference:
Article no. (23) of the Civil Aviation Act.
Instructions:
1. Airlines must ensure that, before boarding the aircraft, passenger data given in the visit visa document of resident from GCC countries coming to the Kingdom for tourism purposes is matched with the information given in the residence document.
2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government's orders; Legal procedures shall be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible.

الي: جميع شركات الطيران العامله بمطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه بما يشمل الطيران الخاص.

التعليمات:
يجب علي شركات الطيران التاكد من مطابقه بيانات الراكب في
مستند تاشريه الزياره لفرض السياحه مع البيانات التي في
مستند الاقامه التي يحملها المقيم لاحدي لودج مشحي التعاون
الخليجي قبل الصعود الي الطايره للصافرين القادمين الي
المملكه.
ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهييه بعد مخالفه
صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه وسيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه
بحق المخالف وتحميله المسؤوليه المترتبه علي ذلك.
