GACA Circular
To: All air carriers operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including General Aviation.
Subject : Prohibition of air carriers to provide repair and maintenance services for remuneration and/or hire.
الي: جميع الناقلات العامه بمطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه بما يشمل الطيران
الخاص.
الموضوع: بشان عدم قيام النافلات الجويه بممارسه نشاط الاصلاح والصيانه مقال
اجر او تعويض.
Reference:
1. Article 84 of the Civil Aviation Law.
2. Article 23 of the Civil Aviation Law.
Instructions:
1 All air carriers operating in the Kingdom's airports are prohibited from providing repair and maintenance services to other carriers for remuneration and/or hire without a prior approval from GACA.
2 All air carriers operating in the Kingdom's airports must adhere to the provisions of the economic regulations issued by GACA BOD Resolution No. (37/588), dated 06/09/2023.
3 Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of the Government's orders. Violators shall be held responsible and legal action may be undertaken against them.

الاصلاح والصيانه لناقلات اخري مقالب اجل او تعويض دون الحصول
علي موافقه الهينه المسابقه.
يجب علي كافه الناقلات الجويه العامه في مطارات المملكه الالتزام
بعتطيب ما ورد في اللوايح الاقتصاديه المحدثه الصادره بقرار مجلس اداره
الهينه العامه للطيران المدني رقم (58/٧/٢١ و تاريخ ١٥٤٥/٢/٢١
ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهينه بعد مخالفه صريحه
لاؤامر الحكوميه وسيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف
وتحميله المسؤوليه المترتبه علي ذلك.
