<table><tr><td colspan="2">تعميم</td></tr><tr><td>الموضوع: تسليم تقرير الاحتياطيات الاكثواريه</td><td rowspan="2">٢٠٢١٠١/٢٠٧/م.</td></tr><tr><td>Subject: Actuarial Reserve Report Submission</td></tr><tr><td>Dear CEO,Dear CCO,Greetings,With reference to the Actuarial Reserve Report and its Template as at 31st December 2020, due for submission on 31st January 2021, as per the Schedule of Actuarial Submissions for Year 2021 circulated by SAMA on 22nd December 2020.Accordingly, the Appointed Actuary shall prepare the above Actuarial Reserve Report in adherence to the following:</td><td>المحترمالمحترمالمحترمالمحترمالمحترمالمحترمالمحترمالمحترمالمحترمالمح ترميعم من قبل البنك المركزي بتاريخ ٢٢ ديسمبر ٢٠٢٠، والذي حسب الجدول الزمني تسليم التقارير الاكثواريه للعام ٢٠٢٠، والذي تم تعميمه من قبل البنك المركزي بتاريخ ٢٢ ديسمبر ٢٠٢٠، عليه، علي الاکتواري المعين اعداد التقرير المطلوب اعلاه مع الالزام بالاتي :

1) The instructions contained in SAMA Circular 173 dated 16/01/2019, regarding the actuarial reserve report only.
2) The following changes to the instructions contained in the above mentioned Circular:
a. In the first paragraph of Circular (173), reference to Article (28) of 'Actuarial Work Regulation' shall be replaced with Article (50) of the 'Actuarial Work Rules for Insurance' dated 01/03/2020.
b. With regards to the Unearned Premium Reserve, in para. (3"g") of the Circular, the phrase "For Visitor-visa Medical Expense insurance policies with policy term in excess of one year . . ." shall read as "For Visitor-visa Medical Expense insurance policies, Medical Malpractice insurance policies, and Inherent Defects insurance policies with policy term in excess of one year . . .".
c. With regards to the Expense Analysis mentioned in paragraph (4"b") of the above Circular, this requirement is deemed already met if the Company has submitted an Expense Analysis Report to SAMA by 31/12/2020, and assumptions used in the Actuarial Reserve Report are

وذلك فيما يتعلي بتقرير الاحتياطيات ٢٠١٩/٠١/١٦
الاكتواريه فقط.
(٢) التغييرات الاتيه علي التعليمات الموضحه في التعميم المشار اليه
اعلاوه عند اعداد التقرير:
(٢) تسبدل الفقره الاولي من التعميم (١٧٣) ، والتي تشير الي الماده
(٢٨) من اللاتحه التنظيميه للاعمال الابتكاريات لشركات التامين
و/او اعاده التامين لتشير الي الماده (٥٠) من ضوابط الاعمال
الاكتواريه المتعلقه بالتامين والصادره بتاريخ ١٠٠٢٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠٠
ب) بالاشاره الي احتياطي الاقساط الغير مكتسبه في الفقره (3) "g"
من التعميم، تستبدل الجمله "بالنسبه لوثايق تامين الزايرين
الطبي التي تنجاز فترتها سنه واحده .... " بالجمله " بالنسبه
لوثايق تامين الزايرين الطي، وتامين الاخطاء الطبيه، وتامين
العبوب الخفيه التي تتجازو فترتها سنه واحده ....".
ج) بالاشاره الي تحليل المصروفات المشار اليها في الفقره (b"4) من
التعميم اعلاه، يعد هذا المتطلب مغطي في حال سلمت الشركه
تقرير تحليل المصروفات المقرر تسليمها في ٢٠٠٢٠ م:
في حال كانت الفرضيات المستخدمه في تقرير الاحتياطي

consistent with those in the above Expense Analysis Report. In case of any differences between the two sets of assumptions, the requirement in paragraph (4"b") will be applicable.
d. With regards to the Salvage and Subrogation (S&S) reserves, the Appointed Actuary shall comply with paragraph (4"e") by projecting salvage and subrogation separately (and not combine Salvage&Subrogation "S&S" projection). In case of a deviation from the above instructions, the Appointed Actuary should justify his approach. In case the data for S&S is not available separately, the Appointed Actuary should confirm that data remediation is progressing in line with the previously submitted plan to SAMA. In case there is non-compliance with the previously submitted data remediation plan, it should be clearly stated in the Actuarial Reserve Report.
3) In addition, similar to the previous quarters reports' submission beginning Q2 2020, each Appointed Actuary should continue to include the following into his reserve
الاكتواري متوافقه مع التقرير المشار اليه اعلاه، اما في حال
كانت الفرضيات المستخدمه مختلفه يبقي المتطلب في الفقره
"b" (مطلوبا).
د) بالاشاره الي احتياطيات التالغ وحق الرجوع، علي الاكتواري
المعين الاتزام بالفقره (e") بتقدير التالغ وحق الرجوع
بشكل مستقل (وعدم دمج تقدير التالغ وحق الرجوع)، في حال
الاختلاف عن التعليمات اعلاه، علي الاکتواري المعين توضيح
الطريقه المستخدمه. في حال كانت بيانات التالغ وحق الرجوع
غير متوفره بشكل مستقل، علي الاکتواري المعين تاكيد ان
الشركه ملازمه بخطه تصحيح البيانات التي تم تسليمها مسبقا
الي البنك المركزي. وفي حال عدم الالتزام بخطه تصحيح البيانات
المسلمه مسبقا، علي الاکتواري المعين توضيح ذلك في تقرير
الاحتياطيات الاکتواريه.
(٣) اضافه الي ذلك، وكما هو معمول به من بدايه تسليم التقارير في
الربع الثاني لعام ٢٠٢٠ م، علي كل اكتواري معين الاستمرار في

a. Impact of the two-month extension in Motor Retail policies as per SAMA Decision (189/441) dated 08/05/2020.
b. Impact of deferral of medical treatments from the period of lock-down during Year 2020 to future periods
4) Moreover, similar to the previous report submission beginning Q1 2020, each Appointed Actuary should continue to report on the claims related to COVID19.
Accordingly, the Company must submit a duly filled Reserve Reporting Template (attached) along with the Actuarial Reserve Report as per the submission deadline mentioned above.

تضمين الاتي في تقديرات الاحتياطيات حسب تعليمات التعميم رقم
(١٨٣) (١٨٧) (٢٠٢٠)
( ا) اثر تمديد شهرين اضافيين علي وثايق تامين المركبات للافراد حسب
قرار البنك المركزي رقم (٤٤١/١٨٩) بتاريخ ٢٠٢٠.
ب) اثر تاخر مطالبات التكاليف الطبيه من فتره حظر التجول للفقرات
التابعه لها في سنه ٢٠٢٠.
(٤) بالاضافه الي ذلك، وكما هو معمول به في التقارير المسلمه سابقا
ابتداد من تسليم الربع الاول لعام ٢٠٢٠، علي الكتواري المعين
الاستمرار في الابلاغ عن المطالبات المتعلقه بكوفيد-19.
عليه، يتعين علي الشركه تسليم نموذج تقرير الاحتياطيات الفنيه
(مرفق) معبا بشكل كامل بالاضافه الي تقرير الاحتياطيات الكتواريه،
حسب التاريخ المشار اليه اعلاه.
