Subject: Updated instructions of operating domestic flights in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reference: 1. Article 23 of the Civil Aviation Act. 2. GACA Circular number 4/1391/1441 dated on 05/10/1441 H Instructions: 1. Increase the working hours of flights, effectively at 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, 21/06/2020, and cancel the restrictions on the times of the first and last flights. 2. Airport operation capacity in KAIA, KKIA, KFIA and PMIA must not exceed 60%. 3. Passengers boarding and disembarking through jetways. This condition is not applicable in airports that do not have jet ways. 4. Cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing the aircrafts between flight according to the following: - Minimum 70 minutes turnaround for narrow body aircrafts. - Minimum 110 minutes turnaround for wide body aircrafts. 5. There should be an empty seat between each two seats in economy class in order to maintain social distancing, giving the aircraft a range between 50% to 70% load factor. First and business class does not require seat separation.
