Subject: Allowing Passengers holding the unified visa between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Qatar to enter the Kingdom during the World Cup 2022. Reference: Article no. (23) Of the civil aviation act. Instructions: All airlines must carry all passengers holding the fan card (Hayya) to the Kingdom according to the following instructions: 1. The allowed entry to the Kingdom and the stay period is (60) days. which is (10) days before the tournament, (27) days during the tournament, and followed by (23) days after the end of the tournament period. 2. The Visa is (multi-entry) that can be used more than once, and pre-entry the State of Qatar is not required. 3. Passengers should obtain medical insurance covering the visa period of (60) days. 4. Airlines must connect and send all passenger data (APP/PNR/DCS/APIS) of all flights without exception to the Passenger Security System at the National Travelers Security Center. 5. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government's orders. Legal procedures will be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible. Attachment(s): Nil. الي: جميع شركات الطيران العامله بمطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه بما يشمل الطيران الخاصه. الموضوع: السامح لحاملي تاشيره دخول موحده بين المملكه العربيه السعوديه ودوله قطر بالدخول الي المملكه اثناء كاس العالم ٢٠٢٢ م. المرجع: الماده رقم (٢٢) من نظام الطيران المدني. التعليمات: السامح لشركات الطيران بنقل جميع المسافرين حاملي بطاقه المجتمع (هيا) الي المملكه وفقا للاتي : 1. تكون الفتره المسموح بها بالدخول والبقاء في المملكه (٦٠) يوما، بحيث تكون (١٠) ايام تسبق البطوله وخلال مده البطوله البالغه (٢٧) يوما، وليها (٢٢) يوما بعد انتهاه البطوله. يمكن استخدام التاشيره اكثر من مره في الدخول والخروج (تاشيره دخول متعدده، ولا يشترط دخول دوله قطر مسبقا. ٢. حصول المسافرين علي تامين طبي بفقطي مده التاشيره الباقه (٦٠) يوما.
