Subject: Compliance with sending SITA messages (PRL) to Matarat Holding. Reference: 1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law. 2. GACA Circular No. (256/2/1183) Dated 20/12/2011. Background: Appending to the circular No. (256/2/1183) dated 20/12/2011, regarding the automated billing system related to aircraft movement (arrivals and departures), which was requested from all airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation to send all SITA messages, (MVT/ LDM/ PTM/ FFM/ CPM /SLS/ ICL). Instructions: 1. All airlines concerned with the movement of aircraft for the arrival and departure from and to the International and Regional airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, must comply with sending SITA messages (PRL), in addition to all other SITA messages, which were previously circulated. 2. If the airline does not comply with sending the required messages, flight fees will be calculated based on the aircraft's maximum load. 3. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of the Government's orders. Legal procedures shall be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible.
