Subject: Prohibition of carrying liquids (Zamzam packages) inside their checked-in baggage by passengers on all flights departing from Saudi Arabian Airports. Reference: Article (23) of the Civil Aviation Law. الي: جميع الناقلات العامه بمطارات الملكيه العربيه والسعوديه بما بشمل الطيران الخاص. الموضوع: التزام الركاب المغادرين من مطارات المملكه بعدم وضع السوايل (عبوات زمزم) داخل الاستعه الشخصيه المؤزنه. المرجع: الماده (٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدني. Instructions: - All airlines departing from the Kingdom's airports shall not allow passengers to carry liquids (Zamzam packages) inside their checked-in baggage. - Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government's orders. Legal procedures shall be initiated against violators who will be held responsible. - ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهبه بعد مخالفه صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه وسيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف وتحميله المسؤوله المترتبه علي ذلك.
