النموذجيه لوثيقه التامين علي المشاركين في
الدراسات السريريه.

عليه يتعين علي الشركات الالتزام بالصيغه
المرفقه من تاريخ اصدار التعميم.

Based on the powers vested in the
Insurance Authority as per the Council of
Ministers Decision No. (85) dated 28\01\1445AH,
and the Cooperative Insurance Companies
Control Law issued by Royal Decree No.
(M\32) dated 02/06/1424AH.

We would like to inform you on the
issuance of The Standard Insurance Policy
for Participants in the Clinical Trials.

Accordingly, the companies shall comply
with the attached Policy from the date of
issuance of this circular.
