In reference to the powers vested in the Insurance Authority based on the Council of Ministers Decision No. (85) dated 28\01\1445AH, and the Anti-Money Laundering Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/20) dated 05/02/1439H.
We would like to inform you of the approval of the Simplified Due Diligence Guideline.
Therefore, Insurance Companies shall comply with the attached Simplified Due Diligence Guideline, and its implementation must take place within (30) days from its date.
