To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation. الي: جميع شركات الطيران العامله بمطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه بما يشمل الطيران الخاص. الموضوع: الالتزام بالخانات الزمنيه المصرح لها القدوم او المخادره من والي المملكه. Subject: The compliance with the time slots for flights authorized to come or depart from the Kingdom. Reference: 1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law. 2. GACA Circular No. (39659/5) Dated 02/05/2023. 3. GACA Circular No. (5/32264) Dated 01/03/2023. Background: Due to what was observed in the decreased percentage of compliance with the time slots for authorized flights departing from the Kingdom. Instructions: 1. All airlines must comply with the time slots for flights authorized to come or depart from the Kingdom, and in the event that the time slot, aircraft model, or any information is modified, it requires canceling the issued permits and amending them in sufficient time with the Flight Permits Department at GACA through (Oboro) system, after coordination and obtaining the approval of the concerned airport and the coordinator of the time slots, according to the applied procedures. 2. Must comply with the operation time in the airports and the shared instructions in the Saudi Aviation Guide. 3. The non-compliance of Airlines with the authorized time slots for flights departing from the Kingdom will cause failure in the operational procedures and delay the departure of passengers on their flights, which leads to the imposition of strict penalties and procedures from GACA and the revocation of licenses of the Airlines in the event of reoccurrence. 4. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government's orders, Legal procedures shall be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible. Attachment(s): Nil. الالزام بالخانات المصرح لها القدوم او المخادره من والي المملكه. : الممرجع 1. الماده رقم (٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدني. ٢. تعميم الهييه رقم (٢٠٦٥٩/٥) وتاريخ ٢٠١٤٤/١٠. ٣. تعميم الهييه رقم (٢٢٦/٥) وتاريخ ٢٠٤/٨٠٩. : نenna نظرا لما لوحظ من تدين نسبه الالتزام بالخانات الزمنيه لدي بعض شركات الطيران للرحلات المصرح لها المغادره من المملكه. : التعليمات ١. يجب علي جميع شركات الطيران الالتزام بالخانات الزمنيه للرحلات المصرح لها بالقدوم او المغادره من والي المملكه، وفي حال تعديل الخانه الزمنيه او طراز الطايرات او اي معلومه فانه يتطلب الغاء التصاريح الصادره وتعديلها بوقت كاف مع اداره تصاريح الرحلات بالهينه من خلال نظام (عبور) وذلك بعد التنسيق واخذ موافقه المطار المعي ومنسق الخانات الزمنيه حسب الاجراءات المتبعه. ٢. يجب الالتزام بساعات التشغيل بالمطارات وتعليمات الاتصالات المعتنه في دليل الطيران السعودي. ٣. ان عدم التزام شركات الطيران بالخانات الزمنيه المصرحه لها للرحلات المغادره من المملكه سوف يتسبب في ارباك العمليه التشغيليه وتاخير مغادره المسافرين علي رحلاتهم، مما يؤدي ذلك لفرض عقوبات واجراءات صارمه من الهييه والغاء تراخيص شركات الطيران في حال تكرر ذلك. ٤. ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهييه يعد مخالفه صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه وسيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف وتحميلد المسؤوليه المترتبه علي ذلك. المرفقات : لا يوجد. المركز +977 11 050 7777 : فاكس: +977 11 050 7777 : هاتف: 11001 Libya: 8777. الملكه العربيه السعوديه، ص.ب Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, P.O Box 47360 Riyadh 11552 Tel: +966 11 525 3333 Fax: +966 11 525 3222 gaca.gov.sa
