تعميم الهينه العامه للطيران المدني GACA Circular To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation. المملكه العربيه السعوديه بما يشمل الطيران الخاصه Subject: Launching the Kingdom of Cambodia's online portal for (tourist) passenger registration, without any fees, replacing the paper system. Reference: 1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law. الموضوع: اطلاق مملكه كمبوديا منصه الكترونيه لسجيل المسافرين السياح بدون اي رسوم بدلا عن النظام الورقي. :المرجع الماده رقم (٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدني. Instructions: 1. All airlines should notify all (tourist) passengers traveling to the Kingdom of Cambodia to register on the online portal for registering (tourists) without any fees, replacing the paper system. They can register (7) days before arrival, including holders of valid visas. In case they are unable to complete the online registration, they can register at the airport using available tablets at the immigration office or by downloading the registration phone application compatible with (IOS/ANDROID) operating systems. العربيه: 1. علي جميع شركات الطيران التنويه علي جميع المسفيران (السياح) الراغبين بالسفر الي مملكه كمبوديا، التسجيل في المنصه الالكترونيه لتسجيل السياح بدون اي رسوم بدلا عن النظام الورقي، وبالامكان التسجيل في المنصه قبل (7) ايام من الوصول ويشمل ذلك حاملي التاشيرات الصلاحيه، في حال تعذر التسجيل الكترونيا، يمكن التسجيل في المطار عبر الاجنبيه الموافقه في مكتب الهجره او تنزيل تطبيق التسجيل الي الهواتف التي تستخدم نظام التشغيل (IOS/ANDROID) 2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of the government's orders. Violators shall be held responsible, and legal procedures shall be initiated against them.
