To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation.
الي: جميع شركات الطيران العامه بمطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه بما
يشمل الطيران الخاصه.

Instructions Regarding Arrival at King Abdulaziz
International Airport in Jeddah
Reference:
1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law.
Instructions:
1. All airlines are to ensure proper verification of travel documents and tickets for passengers arriving at King Abdulaziz International Airport, and not to board transit visa holders arriving from Category (A) countries who do not hold confirmed tickets and itineraries to another Category (A) country. Also, must abide The restriction period (mentioned in paragraph 2) for entering Makkah for those who do not hold a Hajj visa or an official entry permit.
2. All airlines are required to display clear instructional signs at boarding gates and to inform passengers traveling to the Kingdom—both at international departure stations and announce onboard the aircraft—that Holders of Umrah, tourist, or visit visas are not permitted to perform Umrah, enter the city of Makkah, or remain in it—except for those holding a valid Hajj visa. This restriction will be in effect starting from Wednesday, April 23, 2025, until the end of the Hajj season on June 10 \( ^{th} \) , 2025.
3. All airlines operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation, shall comply with circulars, orders, and instructions issued by GACA.

١. علي جميع شركات الطيران الناكد من فحص الوثايق وتذاكر
المسافرين القادمين الي مطار الملك عبد العزيز الدولي بشكل دقيق،
وعدم اركاب حاملي تاشيرات المرو (الترانزيت) القادمين من الدول فيه
(ا) الذين لا يحملون تذاكر ومواعد سفر مؤكده لدوله اخري من
الفتنه (ا) مع مراعاه الالززام بفتره المنع من دخول مكه المكرمه (المذكوره
يغ البند ٢) من لا يحمل تاشيره حج او تصريح دخول.
٢. علي جميع شركات الطيران وضع لوحات ارشاديه واضحه عند منصات
الصعود والتنبيه علي الركاب القادمين الي المملكه في المحطات
الخارجيه وكذلك الاعلام في مقصوره الطايره انه غير مسموح
لحاملي تاشيرات العمره، او السياحه، او النياره باداء العمره، او الدخول
للكه المكرمه، او البقاء فيها لحاملي التاشيرات بكافه انواعها باستثناء
الحاصلين علي تاشيره حج ساريه المفعول وذلك اعتبارا من الارباء ٢٥
شوال ١٤٤٥ الموافق ٢٣ ابريل ٢٠٢٥ م. حتي نهايه موسام الحج بتاريخ ١٤
دو الحجه ١٤٤٥.
٣. التاكيد علي كافه شركات الطيران العامله بالملكه العربيه السعوديه
بما يشمل الطيران الخاصه بالتزام بالتعاون والاعتماد التي
تصدرها الهييه العامه للطيران المدني.
