Subject: Passengers holding (Schengen, US or UK) visas. Reference: 1. Article 23 of the Civil Aviation Law. 2. GACA Circular No. (4/781/1441) Dated 31/12/2019. Instructions: - All airlines must embark passengers who hold a valid tourist or commercial visa - from (Schengen, US or UK) and hold any nationality of group (B) countries, after ensuring the following: 1. The visa must be examined to be valid. 2. The visa must have been used at least once and should have an entry stamp of the issuing country. 3. If the steps above are fulfilled, the tourist visa can be obtained upon arrival via any of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's borders. - Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government's orders. Legal procedures shall be initiated against violators who will be held responsible. Attachment(s): Nil. يجب علي جميع شركات الطيران ارکاب المسافرين من يحملون تاشيره سياحيه او تجاريه - ساريه المطول - من احدي دول اتفاقيه شفن او الولايات المتحده الامريكيه او المملكه المتحده من حاملي جنسیه احدي دول المجموعه (ب) بعد التاكد والتحقق من التالي: 1) صلاحيه التاشيره. (٢) ان تكون التاشيره استخدمت لمره واحده علي الاقل وتحمل ختم الدوله المصدره للتاشيره.
