الرسميه الموزون والموزون Council of Cooperative Health Insurance 895 :Ref. / الرقم 17/12/2020 1442/5/2:Date/التاريخ Circular For all accredited governmental Providers of healthcare services and qualified companies With reference to the cooperative health insurance law, Article (11), referring to the approval of His Excellency the Minister of Health, and Chairman of the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance to the Manual of Procedures Regulating the Relationship between Governmental Health Facilities and insurance companies in accordance with Resolution No. (676736) dated (7/4/1442 AH). Referring to what is included in clause (third) of the ministerial report approved by H.E Minister of Health and H.E Minister of Finance number 2017 date 08/18-2020 and to the workshop do tone to the stakeholders from Feb 2020 to explain the methodology of article (11) execution. Therefore, the General Secretariat of the Council would like to inform the following: 1- All accredited health care service providers in the government sector and qualified health insurance companies, as of 1/1/2021 AD, must comply with the application of financial compensation approved by CCHI when providing health services to the insured in government health facilities, and to comply with what is stated in the manual of procedures regulating the relationship between government health facilities, and CCHI is going to monitor the compliance during the first six months of 2021. 2- All health insurance companies must ensure that all government healthcare providers accredited by CCHI are add to the medical network for Saudis and cover all regions of the Kingdom according to the list listed in the link. Also, list of all accredited governmental HCP Requirements for implementing this guide by visiting the link below: https://www.cchi.gov.sa/Rules/article11/Pages/default.aspx 895 :Ref. / الرقم 17/12/2020 1442/5/2:Date/التاريخ تعميم لكافه مقدمي خدمات الرعايه الصحيه الحكومين المعتميين وشركات التامين الصحي لمؤهله اشاره الي ما ن هست عليه الماده (11) من نظام الضمان الصحي التعاوني، واشاره الي اعتماد معالي وزر الصحيه رييس مجلس الضمان الصحي التعاوني لدليل الاجراءات المنظمه للعلاقه ما بين المرافق الصحيه الحكوميه وشركات التامين بموجب قرار رقم (767736) وتاريخ (1442/4/7) واشاره الي ما تضمنه البند (ثالثا) من الحضر الوزاري المعتمد من اصحاب المعالي وزير الصحه ووزير الماليه برقم 2017، وتاريخ 2020-08-18 م بحيث تتولي الامانه العامه للمجلس متابعه التنفيذ، واشاره الي ورش العمل التي بدات من فبراير 2020 م مع كافه اصحاب العلاقه لتوضيح اليات العمل. عليه تود الامانه العامه للمجلس الافاده بالاتي: - 1 يتعين علي جميع مقدمي خدمات الرعايه الصحيه المعتمدين بالقطاع الحكومي وشركات التامين الصحي الموهله اعتبارا من تاريخ 2021/1/1 الالتزام بتطبيق المقال بال المالي الذي اقره مجلس الضمان الصحي التعاوني عند تقدم الحدمات الصحيه للمؤمن لم في المرافق الصحيه الحكوميه المعتمده، والالتزام بما ورد في دليل الاجراءات المنظمه للعلاقه ما بين المرافق الصحيه الحكوميه وشركات التامين الصحي. 2 - يتعين علي جميع شركات التامين الصحي التاكد من ان جميع المرافق الصحيه الحكوميه المعتمده من المجلس تضاف الي الشبكه الطبيه للسعوديين وتغطي جميع مناطق المملكه حسب قايمه المدرجه في الرابط. كما يمكنكم الالطاع علي "دليل الاجراءات المنظمه للعاقه ما بين المرافق الصحيه الحكوميه المعتمده وشركات التامين المؤهله" وقايمه مقدمي الخدمه الصحيه الحكوميه المعتمده ومتطلبات العمل بهذا الدليل من خلال الدخول علي الرابط ادناه: https://www.cchi.gov.sa/Rules/article11/Pages/default.aspx
