In continuation to the Saudi Central Bank's “SAMA” efforts to support the development of the insurance sector along with safeguarding the rights of the insureds and beneficiaries of insurance coverage, and with regard to the powers vested to SAMA according to the Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law.
We inform you that the Comprehensive Motor Insurance Rules has been issued. "Attached"
Accordingly, the Comprehensive Motor Insurance Rules must be adhered to by 01/01/2023.
