To:
All foreign air carriers operating in the airports of Saudi Arabia.
Subject:
Facilitating the return of health practitioners stranded abroad to Saudi Arabia.
Reference:
1. The recommendations of meeting minutes of the facilitating the return of health practitioners stranded abroad to Saudi Arabia dated on 23/10/1441 AH.
2. Article 23 of the Civil Aviation Law issued by Royal Decree No. M/44 dated 18/07/1426 AH.
Background:
In a response to the directives of the government of Saudi Arabia to facilitate the returning of health practitioners stranded abroad to Saudi Arabia.
Instructions:
1. Facilitate the return of health practitioners abroad who wish to return to Saudi Arabia, provided that they have a valid visa for re-entry, or permission from the Kingdom's representative offices abroad
2. As mentioned in paragraph (1) above, it includes the companions of the health practitioners as shown in the residence, including the homeworkers according to the applicable law.

ج اطار تنفيذ توجيهات حكومه المملكه العربيه السعوديه لتسهيل
مهمه عوده المدارسين الصحيين العالقين بالخارج الي المملكه.
التعليمات:
١. تسهيل عوده المدارسين الصحيين الراغبين في العوده الي
المملكه شريطه حصولهم علي تاشيره عوده ساريه المفعول،
او اذن من مشتيات المملكه بالخارج.
٢. ما اشير اليه في الفقره (١) تمشل مرافقي المدارسين
الصحيين التابعين لم كما هو مون في الاقامه ويشمل
ذلك العماله المزليه، وفق المعمول به نظاما
