This service allows citizens, residents, and foster families to view and electronically print digital birth certificates for themselves or their family members.

Log in to Absher platform website
Choose "My Services" > "Civil Affairs" > "Birth Certificate Services"
Select "View Birth Certificate"
The system displays the data for the individual and their family members (dependants and children under custody)
Select the individual for whom you want to view the birth certificate
The certificate is displayed electronically
