Subject: Allowing Umrah passengers to arrive and depart through any international airport in KSA. الي: جميع شركات الطيران العامله بمطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه بما يشمل الطيران الخاص. الموضوع: السماح للمعتمرين بالقدوم والمغادره عبر اي مطار دولي في المملكه. Reference: المرجع: • Article (23) of the Civil Aviation Law. • GACA Circular No. (5/51640) dated 17/05/2022. الماده (٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدني. تعميم الهينه رقم (٥٦٦١١) وتاريخ (٥١٦٤٣/١٠/١١ Instructions: التعليمات: 1. All national and foreign airlines must allow Umrah passengers to arrive and depart on schedule flights through any international airport in the Kingdom. يجب علي جميع شركات الطيران الوطنيه والاجنبيه السماح للمعتمرين بالقدوم والمغادره عبر اي مطار دولي في المملكه علي الرحلات المنتظمه. 2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government's orders. Legal procedures shall be initiated against violators who will be held responsible. ان عدم الالتزام بالتعليم التي تصدرها الهينه بعد مخالفه صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه وسبتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف وتحميله المسوؤليه المترتبه علي ذلك.
