Hence, CCHI's General Secretariat would like to inform you of the following: 1. The insurance company and the health-care provider in the private sector must comply with all of the terms, conditions and provisions contained in the unified contract. 2. The terms and conditions in the unified contract are the minimum requirements, in case, that additional conditions are added, they must be in accordance with CCHI rules and regulations and instructions, and that doesn't contradict with the unified contract. 3. The implementation of the unified contract on all new or renewed contracts between insurance companies and health-care providers in the private sector shall start from 1/2/2021. 4. All existing contracts between insurance companies and health-care providers in the private sector should adopt the unified contract within a year from this circulation.
