To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation.
Subject:
Exempting citizens of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia holding Diplomatic, Special, and Regular passports traveling to the Republic of Honduras from entry visa requirement.

1. الماده رقم (٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدني.
Instructions:
1. Airlines are allowed to transport passengers who are Saudi citizens holding Diplomatic, Special, and Regular passports to the Republic of Honduras without the need for an entry visa.
2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of the government's orders. Violators will be held responsible, and legal procedures will be initiated against them.

يسمح لشركات الطيران بنقل السافرين من مواطني المملكه
حاملي جوازات السفر الدبلوماسيه والخاصه والعاديه الي
جمهوريه هندوراس دون الحاجه الي متطلب تاشيره الدخول.
ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهييه يعد مخالفه
صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه، وسيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه
يحق المخالف وتح米尔ه المسؤوليه المترتبه علي ذلك.
