Subject: Allowing any passenger holding a valid visa issued by the embassies of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, regardless of the day and month in the date of birth field in the passport. Reference: 1. Article No. (23) of Civil Aviation Law. Instructions: 1. We would like to inform all airlines to allow any passenger holding a valid visa issued by the embassies of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, regardless of the day and month in the date of birth field in the passport, and the year of birth is sufficient. 2. Airlines must facilitate the travel of pilgrims who have a valid Hajj visa. 3. All airlines operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation, shall comply with circulars, orders, and instructions issued by GACA.
