GACA Circular
To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including private aviation.
Subject:
The importance of ensuring that the non-citizen passengers coming to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have completed registration of immunization data before departure.
Reference:
1. Article (23) of the Civil Aviation Act.
2. GACA circular No. (4/67862) dated on 19/05/2021.
Instructions:
1. All airlines must ensure that all non-citizen passengers and their companions have completed filling out their immunization data in the “vaccination registration” website before departure to the Kingdom, through the following website:
(https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccine-registration/home).
Airlines can verify the successful completion of the registration process for passengers by one of the following methods:
a) Presenting a successful registration message on the mobile phone.
b) Printed certificate with the registration number.
c) Verifying the registration using passport number through the website mentioned above.
2. These procedures will be effective from Wednesday 16 \( ^{th} \) June 2021.
3. Failure to comply with the circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of government orders, and legal procedures will be initiated against the violator who will be held responsible for the violation.

اهميه التاكد من ان المسافرين القادمين الي المملكه العربيه السعوديه من غير المواطنين ومرافقيهم قد اكملوا تسجيل بيانات التحصين قبل المهادره.

التعليمات:
1. يجب علي شركات الطيران التاكد من ان المسافرين القادمين الي
المملكه من غير المواطنين ومرافقيهم قد اكملوا تسجيل بيانات
التحصين في موقع "تسجيل التطعيم" قبل المغادره الي المملكه من
خلال
الارابط

الدخول

ويتم التاكد من ان المسافسين قد استكملوا عمليه التسجيل بنجاح في
المنصه وذلك عن طريق احدي الطرق التاليه:
ا. ابراز رساله نجاح عمليه التسجيل من خلال الهاتف المحول.
ب. تقدميم عمليه التسجيل مطبوعه ورقيا.
ج. التحقق من التسجيل برقم جواز السفر عبر نفس الموقع
الموضح اعلاه.
2. يسري العمل بهذه الاجراءات ابتداء من يوم الاربعاء الموافق
.٢٠٢١/٠٦/١٦
3. ان عدم الالتزام بالتعامي التي تصدرها الهييه يعد مخالفه صريحه
لاوامر الحكوميه وستتم اتخاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف
و tightه المسؤوله المترتبه علي ذلك.
