The Public Transport Authority (PTA), as the Maritime Transport Sector of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), within the framework of Implementation and Enforcement of IMO International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships MARPOL 73/78 and its Amendments.
