Subject: Embark of passengers hold (US, UK or Schengen) visas/ permanent residence. Reference: 1. Article (23) of the Civil Aviation Act. 2. GACA Circular No. (54364/5) dated 02/06/2022. Instructions: - Airlines are allowed to embark the following categories of passengers from any nationalities of group (B) countries: 1- Holders of a valid tourist or commercial visit visa from (US, UK or Schengen) after ensuring that the visa has been used for at least once to enter the country granting the visa. This includes the first-degree relatives of the visa holder coming with them. 2- Holders of permanent residence from (US, UK or EU) after ensuring presence of the residence. This includes first-degree relatives of the visa holders coming with them. - The above categories can obtain a visitor visa for the purpose of tourism upon arrival at one of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia International airports. - Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government's orders. Legal procedures shall be initiated against violators who will be held responsible. • السماح لشركات الطيران باركاب الفيات التاليه من المسافرين لاحدي جنسيات دول المجموعه (ب): - حاملي تاشيره زياده سياحيه او تجاريه ساريه المفعول من الولايات المتحده الامريكيه او المملكه المتحده، او احدي دول اتفاقيه شنغن، بعد التاكد من استخدام التاشيره لمره واحده علي الاقل في الدخول للدوله المانحه للتاشيره. يشمل ذلك اقارب حامل التاشيره من الدرجه الاولي القادمين برفتهم. - حاملي الاقامه الدايمه من (الولايات المتحده الامريكيه او المملكه المتحده او في احدي دول الاتحاد الاوربي، بعد التاكد من وجود الاقامه. يشمل ذلك اقارب حامل التاشيره من الدرجه الاولي القادمين برفتهم. يمكن للفيات اعلاه الحصول علي تاشيره الزياره ل-gr السياحه عند الوصول لاحدي مطارات المملكه العربيه السعوديه الدوليه. ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهينه بعد مخالفه صريحه للاوامر الحكوميه وسبتم اتحاذ الاجراءات النظاميه بحق المخالف وتحمليه المسؤوليه المترتبه علي ذلك.
