Subject: الموضوع: Visa exemption for citizens of Georgia holders of (Diplomatic, Service, Official, and Regular) Passports to enter the Republic of Tunisia. Reference: اعفاء مواطني جورجيا حاملي جوزات السفر (الدبلوماسيه، والرسميه، والخدمه، والعاديه) من تاشيره الدخول لجمهوريه تونس. :المرجع 1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law. 1. الماده رقم (٢٣) من نظام الطيران المدني. Instructions: 1. Airlines are allowed to transport citizens of Georgia, holders of (Diplomatic, Official, Service, and Regular) passports to enter the Republic of Tunisia and stay without an entry visa for a maximum of 90 days within a 180-day period, provided that the following documents are submitted: a. A Georgian valid passport for at least six months. b. A hotel reservation that covers the entire duration of the stay. c. Confirmed return ticket. 2. Airlines shall take necessary precautions at the point of embarkation to ensure that persons are in possession of the documents prescribed by the States of transit and destinations for control purposes. 3. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of the government's orders. Violators shall be held responsible, and legal procedures shall be initiated against them.
