Circular
To: All airlines operating in the airports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Private Aviation.
Subject:
Adding countries (South Africa - Maldives - Azerbaijan - Uzbekistan - Kyrgyzstan - Tajikistan - Georgia - Albania) to the list of countries of nationalities of Group (A) countries wishing to obtain a visitor visa for the purpose of tourism upon arrival to the Kingdom's airports.
Reference:
1. Article No. (23) of the Civil Aviation Law.
2. GACA Circular No. (5/45116) Dated 24/03/2022.
Instructions:
1. Allowing airlines to transport passengers with nationalities of Group (A) countries, according to the updated clarified list of countries on the website: (www.visa.visitsaudi.com), wishing to obtain a visit visa for the purpose of tourism through eVisa or upon arrival in the Kingdom's airports.
2. Failure to comply with circulars issued by GACA is an explicit violation of Government's orders, Legal procedures shall be initiated against the violators who will be held responsible.

السام لشركات الطيران بنقل الصفرين حاملي جنسيات دول
المجموعه (ا), وفق قايمه الدول المحدثه الموضحه بالموقع الالكتروني:
www.visa.visitsaudi.com)
الزياده لفرض السياحه الكترونيا او معدل الموصل الي مجازات المملكه.
2. ان عدم الالتزام بالتعاميم التي تصدرها الهينه يعد مخالفه صريحه
للاوامر الحكوميه وسيتم اتخاذ الاجزاءات النظاميه بحق المخالف
و تحصيله المسؤوليه المترتبه علي ذلك.
